أصدرت منصة فرودويكي (FraudWiki) تقريراً استراتيجياً بالغ الأهمية بعنوان: “القناة الجوية الموازية” – بؤرة تهديد أمنى واستغلال الغطاء الإنساني، أعدّه الدكتور/. عبدالقادر الخراز ، يكشف تحوّل مطار صنعاء الدولي، الخاضع لسيطرة جماعة الحوثي، من معبر إنساني إلى شبكة لوجستية معقدة لخدمة المجهود الحربي للميليشيا المسلحة.
الجهد والرصد الميداني في ظروف أمنية صعبة:
اعتمد التقرير على بيانات رصد ميداني موثقة جُمِعت على مدى ثلاثة أشهر (21 يوليو – 29 أكتوبر 2025) من قبل فِرق حملة #لن_نصمت #وين_الفلوس. ويؤكد هذا الرصد الاستثنائي، الذي تم في ظروف أمنية صعبة لمراقبة حركة الطيران غير الاعتيادية، وجود نمط ثابت لرحلات جوية ذات كثافة عالية وغير مُدرجة ضمن الجداول الرسمية لرحلات الأمم المتحدة. وقد أدت دقة الرصد الميداني إلى كشف حقيقة هذه القناة.
الرسائل والأدلة القاطعة على استغلال الغطاء الإنساني:
يركّز التقرير على أن هذه “القناة الجوية الموازية” تشكل خطراً أمنياً وجيوسياسياً عميقاً ، ويقدم أدلة دامغة على استغلال الحصانة الإنسانية لدعم الميليشيا:
- دعم لوجستي عسكري مباشر: رصد التقرير استغلال طائرات شحن كبيرة في بأعداد تصل الى 7 رحلات شهرية ومنها ما استخدم لنقل ما يزيد عن 50 جريحاً يتبعون مليشيا الحوثي بعد ضربة عسكرية إسرائيلية. ويُعد هذا أقوى دليل على تحويل “الإجلاء الطبي الإنساني” إلى “دعم لوجستي عملياتي عسكري مباشر” للميليشيا.
- تهريب شحنات ثقيلة وأفراد غير مُعلَنين: تُقدّر البيانات أن هذه القناة سهّلت التدفق الشهري لـ 2,760 موظفاً و 1,206 طن من الشحنات غير الخاضعة للتفتيش. ويحذر التقرير من أن هذا الحجم يكفي لتغذية عمليات لوجستية عسكرية، ويثير المخاوف من تسلل خبراء عسكريين إيرانيين أو من حزب الله تحت غطاء “موظفين” ، وتهريب أسلحة ومعدات اتصال عسكرية.
- ابتزاز وتواطؤ ممنهج: أكد التقرير أن الحركة الجوية لم تكن تلتزم بالجدولة الأممية، وشهدت ابتزازا واستغلالاً سياسياً، مثل نقل موظفة أردنية باليونيسيف بعد اعتقالها من قبل الحوثيين. وتخلص خلاصة التقرير إلى أن ما يحدث هو “تواطؤ ممنهج وخطير“ استغل الغطاء الإنساني.
ويطالب التقرير بفتح تحقيق دولي فوري ومستقل وفرض آلية تفتيش دولية على مطار صنعاء لضمان عدم استغلال الغطاء الإنساني في تقويض الأمن الإقليمي

The report reveals the transformation of Sana’a International Airport, which is under the control of the Houthi group, from a humanitarian crossing into a complex logistical network serving the armed militia’s war effort.

The report relied on documented field monitoring data collected over a period of three months (July 21 – October 29, 2025) by the teams of the #WeWillNotBeSilent #WhereIsTheMoney campaign. This exceptional monitoring, conducted under difficult security conditions to observe unusual air traffic, confirms a consistent pattern of high-intensity flights not listed in official UN flight schedules. The accuracy of the field monitoring was instrumental in exposing the reality of this channel.
The Messages and Decisive Evidence of Humanitarian Cover Exploitation:
The report emphasizes that this “Parallel Air Channel” poses a deep security and geopolitical threat and provides compelling evidence of the exploitation of humanitarian immunity to support the militia:
- Direct Military Logistical Support: The report documented the exploitation of large cargo planes, totaling up to 7 monthly flights, some of which were used to transport over 50 wounded individuals belonging to the Houthi militia following an Israeli military strike. This is considered the strongest evidence of turning “Humanitarian Medical Evacuation” into “Direct Military Operational Logistical Support” for the militia.
- Smuggling of Heavy Cargo and Undeclared Personnel: Data estimates that this channel facilitated the monthly flow of 2,760 staff members and 1,206 tons of uninspected cargo. The report warns that this volume is sufficient to sustain military logistical operations, raising concerns about the infiltration of Iranian or Hezbollah military experts under the guise of “staff,” and the smuggling of weapons and military communication equipment.
- Systematic Extortion and Complicity: The report confirmed that the air traffic did not adhere to UN scheduling and involved extortion and political exploitation, such as the transfer of a Jordanian UNICEF employee after her arrest by the Houthis. The report’s conclusion asserts that what is happening is “systematic and dangerous complicity” that exploited humanitarian cover.
The report demands the opening of an immediate and independent international investigation and the imposition of an international inspection mechanism at Sana’a Airport to ensure humanitarian cover is not exploited to undermine regional security.
